Prologue FAQ
-
Tickets for upcoming Prologue exhibitions and events are sold through Humanitix.
Visit the Prologue page to view upcoming exhibitions and follow the Tickets & Details link for the event you’d like to attend.
-
Tickets are generally non-refundable unless an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise stated on the event listing.
If you can no longer attend, ticket transfers may be permitted. Please refer to the specific Humanitix listing for the policy attached to your event.

We make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary restrictions when the menu allows. Because Prologue presents fixed, concept-driven menus, some exhibitions may have limitations on substitutions.
Please review the event listing and submit dietary needs by the stated deadline when purchasing tickets.
-
Beverage service varies by exhibition. Any included beverages, pairings, optional add-ons, or cash-bar offerings will be described on the individual event page.
-
Prologue does not generally require formal dress unless otherwise stated. Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably for the venue and occasion.
-
Personal photography is generally welcome unless otherwise noted. We ask that guests remain considerate of the artists, other diners, and the flow of the experience. Flash photography, professional equipment, or extended filming may be restricted.
We encourage guests to submit pictures of the event to us via the QR code listed on the menu for the event. Pictured received this way may be featured in our Event Archive.
